John D. Kubiak, CPA has more than thirty years of extensive experience in tax, accounting, auditing, and business consulting. He has experience with a variety of industries including service, manufacturing, construction, and automobile dealerships to name a few.

John has stayed abreast of the numerous aspects of public accounting including audit and federal and local taxes. Several years ago he joined the elite group of CPAs licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court. John is a managing member of Kubiak & Melton, LLC and belongs to professional organizations such as the American Instituted of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants (NMSCPA).

Belinda C. Melton, CPA has more than twenty years of tax, accounting and business consulting experience. She manages the client accounting services aspect of the firm which includes bookkeeping, payroll, gross receipts reporting, and payroll tax issues. She also plans and oversees the compilation and review portion of the firm business. Belinda is a managing member of Kubiak & Melton, LLC and belongs to professional organizations such as the AICPA and the NMSCPA.

Selena Waybenais, CPA administers our client accounting services department which handles financial reporting, tax planning, payroll preparation, payroll tax reporting, and other governmental compliance requirements and issues. She is also familiar with the complete process of starting a new business in New Mexico. Selena belongs to professional organizations such as the AICPA and the NMSCPA

Xin Huang administers our tax department which handles tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and not-for-profit organizations. All returns are overseen by one of the most reputable and experienced CPAs in New Mexico.

Don Wittman, CPA manages our audit department. He has over twenty years experience in the accounting and auditing of state and local governments with considerable knowledge of private foundations. He also has an extensive background in financial statement preparation and the financial reporting for federal grants.

Daniel O. Trujillo, CPA has experience with various aspects of the accounting, including tax, audit and financial statement preparation. His industry experience ranges from construction companies to governmental entities. He is a member of the AICPA, and the NMSCPA.
